Do you accept returns?
Due to the personal nature of our products and for health and safety reasons, we do not offers returns on any of our products.

My product has arrived faulty, what can I do?
Occasionally, products can be damaged in transit. While we endeavour to pack our products as securely as possible, sometimes damage is unavoidable and out of our control. If you do receive a faulty or damaged item, please email us with a photo of the damaged product at contact@thegelshop.com and we will happy to assist you with a replacement.

I ordered the wrong item, can I change it?
We begin preparing your order immediately after receiving it so please check your order thoroughly before check out. If you do realise that you have ordered incorrect products, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@thegelshop.com with your order number. If your order has not been despatched, we will do our best to amend it as requested. However, this is not always possible due to our prompt order despatch system.

Wrong Item Received
If you have mistakenly received a wrong item, please inform us immediately at contact@thegelshop.com so we can arrange for the correct item to be sent to you.
