What is the delivery time?
We aim to ship within 24 hours via Australian post from Monday to Friday. Please allow up to 5 working days during busy periods.
What is the shipping cost?
We offer two shipping options: Standard and Express.
- Standard Shipping: Delivery times and costs vary based on your location and the size of your order.
- Express Shipping: For faster delivery, choose express shipping at checkout. Availability, costs, and estimated delivery times will be displayed when you select this option.
Note: Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated based on your location and selected items and will be provided during checkout.
Do you offer free shipping?
Shipping is free on orders that are $199 and over sent via standard postage.
Can I cancel my order, or change the delivery address once it is placed?
We begin preparing your order as soon as it is placed to ensure it is despatch as quickly as possible, so it is not always possible to cancel an order once it is placed. However, if you do place an order in error, or entered the wrong delivery address, please contact as us soon as possible.
Can I track my order?
As soon as your order has been dispatched you should receive an automated email from AusPost with your shipment confirmation and tracking details.
